Let us know as soon as possible, babe! No email could mean that your payment was delayed, therefore delaying your box, or we might have the wrong email on file. Either way, the faster you let us know, the faster we can resolve it and find out where your beauty box is in transit!
Noooo! Damaged or lost beauty is a true crime, but we got you, girl. If something arrived less-than-perfect* or didn’t arrive at all, start a conversation with our Customer Service team! We can issue a replacement if necessary and look into any possible shipping delays.
*Note: When an item is damaged, please attach a photo if possible to your email so we can share it with our Shipping Department and the brand to ensure it never arrives that way again for you or any other BB5 babes in the future!
No problem! If need to update your shipping or billing address information, you can do so in your account portal or by contacting us. All address changes must be done prior to the end of the current month in order for your next month’s box to be sent to your new address. If you update your address after your box has already shipped, we will have to charge you $3 to ship a replacement.
