Canceling Subscriptions

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not process returns or refunds on beauty boxes. If any products in your box arrived damaged or missing, we are more than happy to send a replacement to you, free of charge- just contact our Customer Service team!

BB5 Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but you will still receive ALL boxes you prepaid for prior to requesting cancellation. After we have shipped all pre-paid boxes (i.e. your monthly box if you have already been charged for that month or any remaining boxes in your quarterly or yearly subscription term), you will not receive a new beauty box.

We’re sad to see you go, babe, but all you have to do is login to your account and click ‘Cancel’ next to the subscription you’d like to stop. You can find it in your account portal under “My Subscriptions” (you can re-subscribe from here, too!). Don’t forget you can always cancel by contacting Customer Service.

*Note: Cancellations need to be requested before your next billing date in order to avoid being charged. However, if you have sent in a request for your account to be cancelled before your next billing date and are charged before we have processed your cancellation- no worries! That’s on us and you will be issued a refund for that charge.

Oh no! This usually occurs for 2 reasons:

1. Your cancellation did not take place before your next billing date.
You must request cancellation before your next billing date in order to avoid being charged for your next box! If you have emailed in a cancellation request before your next billing date and you are charged before the cancellation is processed- no worries! That’s on us, and you will be issued a refund for that charge.
If you have purchased a quarterly or yearly subscription, you can cancel your account at any time, and you will not be billed again in 3 months or 12 months, respectively. However, please note that you will still receive all boxes you prepaid for prior to cancellation, but your account will not renew once your subscription term ends.

2. You clicked ‘Unsubscribe’ in an email to cancel your account.
Oh no! That handy button only unsubscribes you from our email list – not your monthly boxes! To cancel your account, visit your account portal or contact us!

If you have purchased a quarterly or yearly subscription, you can cancel your account at any time, but you will still receive all boxes you prepaid for prior to requesting cancellation.

No need to worry! You technically still have an account with us and can log in to review your account details, but your subscription has been cancelled.

If at any time you would like to start receiving monthly beauty boxes again, you can start your subscription again through your account portal or just contact our Customer Service and we can reactivate your subscription.

No way, babe! If at any time you’d like to start receiving beauty boxes again after canceling, you can skip the signup process! Just login to your account and reorder on our subscribe page or contact our Customer Service  and we can reactivate your subscription.

This means your subscription status is cancelled- but is “pending” until you have received all boxes you paid for prior to cancelling – and lets our shipping system know to send you any remaining shipments. Once your last box has arrived, your account will then state “cancelled”. If you would like to start receiving boxes again, all you need to do is click “Subscribe to BB5” again on the subscriptions page while you’re logged in- you can use your same original account!
