Billing & Payment
ALL subscriptions automatically renew and will bill again on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the type you selected, unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
If you signed up between the 1-21st of the month: you will be charged $12 immediately, then charged $12 on the 1st of the next month and the 1st of all consecutive months after.
If you signed up between the 22nd and the last day of the month: you will be charged $12 immediately, then charged $12 on the 1st of the following month and the 1st of all consecutive months after.
For example: if you sign up on February 24th, you will be charged $12 immediately and will receive March’s box as your first box (at the beginning of that month), then your second charge of $12 will be on the 1st of April and then the 1st of all consecutive months after.
You will be charged $30 immediately, then charged $30 on the 1st of your ‘4th’ month.
For example: if you sign up on October 14th, you will receive October, November, and December boxes and then will be billed $30 again for 3 more months of boxes on January 1.
You will be charged $99 immediately, then charged $99 on the 1st of your ‘12th’ month.
For example: if you sign up on October 14th, you will receive that October through next year’s September boxes and then will be billed $99 on the following year’s October 1st.
You will only be billed one time, in full, for the amount of boxes you gift (3, 6 or 12). A gift subscription will NOT automatically renew after your recipient receives their last box.

United States: All U.S. subscriptions ship free!
Canada: Although we love our northern Canadian ladies just as much, we have to charge $3 per box to help us cover shipping costs outside of the United States. (Blame it on that pesky Post Office!)
No problem! If need to update your shipping or billing address information, you can do so by contacting us, or using your account portal to update it yourself. All address changes must be done prior to the end of the current month in order for your next month’s box to be sent to your new address. If you update your address after your box has already shipped, we will have to charge you $3 to ship a replacement.
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not process returns or refunds on beauty boxes. If any products in your box arrived damaged or missing, we are more than happy to send a replacement to you, free of charge- just contact our Customer Service team!
Although we love our Northern ladies just as much, we have to charge a $3 shipping fee for beauty boxes to make it all the way from our warehouse in Houston, Texas! Each $12 monthly shipment will have a $3 shipping charge, so the total billing amount will be $15 USD.
(Kindly note that this is in USD and may change when converted to CAD, depending on national conversion rates.)
