BB5 boxes ship out of Houston, Texas through our friends at the United States Postal Service. We send you a shipping confirmation email every month to let you know when it’s coming, too!

If you signed up between the 1st and 21st of the month, your first box should arrive within 8 business days of ordering, and then ship out between the 8th-15th each month.

If you signed up between the 22nd and the last day of the month, your box will ship between the 8th-15th of the following month, and the same timeline of each consecutive month.

Canadian boxes are shipped via USPS to the Canada Post and should arrive within 2-3 weeks of ordering.

 

US subscribers will get a shipping confirmation email delivered between the 8th-15th every month with a personal tracking number. You can also track your box in your account portal under “My Subscription”.

Unfortunately, Canadian shipments cannot be tracked, but are still sent a shipping confirmation email so that you know your box is en route!

 

No problem! If need to update your shipping or billing address information, you can do so by contacting us, or using your account portal to update it yourself. All address changes must be done prior to the end of the current month in order for your next month’s box to be sent to your new address. If you update your address after your box has already shipped, we will have to charge you $3 to ship a replacement.
