BB5 boxes ship out of Houston, Texas through our friends at the United States Postal Service. We send you a shipping confirmation email every month to let you know when it’s coming, too!
We strive to ship all boxes mid-month but sometimes delays happen that are out of our control. We will always make a note on our social media pages if anything is late – feel free to also reach out to us if your shipment(s) have not arrived!
Canadian boxes are shipped via USPS to the Canada Post and should arrive within 2-3 weeks of ordering.
US subscribers will get a shipping confirmation email delivered mid-month with a personal tracking number. You can also track your box in your account portal under “My Subscription”.
Unfortunately, Canadian shipments cannot be tracked, but are still sent a shipping confirmation email so that you know your box is en route!
No problem! If need to update your shipping or billing address information, you can do so by contacting us, or using your account portal to update it yourself. All address changes must be done prior to the end of the current month in order for your next month’s box to be sent to your new address. If you update your address after your box has already shipped, we will have to charge you $3 to ship a replacement.
